On July 15, 2025, the Miss America Organization held its highly anticipated Lottery Day, a key moment that determines the order in which candidates will participate in private interview and talent competition at Miss America and Miss America’s Teen 2026.
While gown and on-stage question will follow alphabetical order by state, the lottery decides the schedule for two of the most significant parts of the competition: private interview and talent. Each delegate drew a number, setting the stage for how the week will unfold as they prepare to compete for the national crown.
This year’s competition will be held September 2–7, 2025, in Orlando, Florida, at the Walt Disney Theater at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. For more about the competition week schedule, visit the official Miss America page:🔗 missamerica.org/2025competition
