Your Chance to Take the Stage: Miss Middleboro & Miss Massachusetts’ Teen Opportunities on March 15

If you have been thinking about competing in the Miss America Opportunity, March 15 is a date you will not want to miss. The Burt Wood School in Middleboro, Massachusetts, will be buzzing with excitement as two important competitions take place in one day, offering opportunities for both Miss and Teen contestants.

Miss Middleboro & Miss Middleboro’s Teen Competition

March 15 at 1:00 PM

The day begins with the Miss Middleboro and Miss Middleboro’s Teen Competition, where contestants will take the stage to compete for local titles within the Miss America Opportunity.

This competition will award:

  • Miss Middleboro

  • Miss Middleboro’s Teen

The Miss Middleboro title is the only Miss title awarded that day and is open to women ages 18 to 28.

To be eligible for Miss Middleboro or Miss Middleboro’s Teen, contestants must live, work, or attend school in one of the following communities:

  • Middleboro

  • Freetown

  • Lakeville

  • Taunton

  • Raynham

  • Rochester

  • Plympton

Last Chance to Join the Miss Massachusetts’ Teen Class of 2026

March 15 at 4:00 PM

Later that afternoon, the organization will host the final opportunity for teens to join the Miss Massachusetts’ Teen Class of 2026. This competition is especially exciting, as multiple Teen titles will be awarded in one event.

The following titles will be crowned:

  • Miss Bay State’s Teen

  • Miss Commonwealth’s Teen

  • Miss Freedom Trail’s Teen

  • Miss Mayflower’s Teen

This is the final chance for teens to earn a local title and advance to compete at Miss Massachusetts’ Teen.

Who Can Compete?

  • Teen Division: Ages 14 to 18

  • Miss Division: Ages 18 to 28

All competitions will be held at the Burt Wood School in Middleboro, MA.

How You Are Scored

Contestants will be evaluated across several areas designed to highlight confidence, preparation, and individuality:

  • 30% Private Interview

  • 20% Fitness

  • 20% Talent

  • 20% Evening Wear

  • 10% On-Stage Question

This well-rounded scoring system allows contestants to showcase both who they are and how they present themselves on stage.
