Final Local of the Season Crowns Four New Titleholders in Massachusetts

The final local competition of the season has officially wrapped, and what a way to close out an incredible year across Massachusetts.
Four outstanding young women were crowned and will now advance to compete for the state title within the Miss America Opportunity this June.

Meet Your New Titleholders
After a competitive evening showcasing talent, confidence, and dedication, the following titles were awarded:
Miss Bay State: Ashlyn Mercier
Miss Commonwealth: Mya Leonardo
Miss Mayflower: Nevaeh Williams
Miss Freedom Trail: Lillian Rankin
Each of these titleholders has earned her place on the Miss Massachusetts stage and will represent her community with pride.
Final Results
The competition also recognized outstanding runners-up:
1st Runner-Up: Juilette Simmons
2nd Runner-Up: Lily Jeswald
Competition Breakdown
Contestants were evaluated across five phases of competition, each designed to highlight different strengths:
30% Private Interview (10 minutes)
20% Fitness
20% Talent
20% Evening Wear
10% On-Stage Question
From interview to on-stage performance, each contestant brought her best to close out the local season.
Looking Ahead to Miss Massachusetts
All four titleholders will go on to compete at Miss Massachusetts, taking place:
June 19–20 at The Hanover Theatre in Worcester
With the local season now complete, the countdown to state competition is officially on.
This final local competition was a true celebration of the hard work, growth, and dedication shown by contestants throughout the season. From first-time competitors to seasoned titleholders, the energy on stage reflected the strength of this year’s class.
